Phase 2 - Marina Community
The marina community will be incorporated into the surrounding Salina area and will consist of 83 boat slips accommodating 30’ to 250’ yachts.
53 condos/townhomes will be built around the perimeter with the structures complementing the existing charm of the island.
Retail units, harbormaster office, fuel dock and a Yacht Club with a restaurant, bar and café will round out the community.
