Phase 2 - Current Marina Proposal
The proposed site for the marina will create a central core in the historic heart of the downtown village.
Current version has been scaled down to half of its original size, from 54 total acres to 20 total acres, to blend into the existing landscape.
Will become a pedestrian friendly village where everyone can take advantage of the services while experiencing the historic district.
