Phase 2
Phase 2 of the development includes additions to the hotel and residential villa offerings in the same low density, low impact format as Phase 1.
A marina is proposed to provide additional facilities for guests and island residents:
- Year-round safe harbour
- Retail and dining facilities
- Focus for water sports and fishing
